Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with company goals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management use
- Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights
- Oversee accounting tasks including basic bookkeeping and record-keeping
- Manage petty cash transactions with full documentation and reconciliation
- Evaluate financial statements and monthly/quarterly expense reports to monitor costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Generate comprehensive reports for decision-makers
- Coordinate with third-party tax consultants for tax compliance and filing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and time management
