Verifier Agent

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Verifier – Lead Generation (Home Campaigns) to join our fast-paced performance marketing team. This role requires strong closing skills on live transfers, in-depth knowledge of home campaign compliance, and a consistent ability to verify high-quality leads. You will collaborate closely with sales agents and team leads to ensure only the most qualified leads are approved—directly contributing to revenue growth. Role Type: Verifier – Lead Generation (Home Campaigns) We Offer: Base salary PKR 50,000/month Bonuses for daily verified sales Weekly and monthly performance rewards Attendance and punctuality bonuses Average monthly earnings between PKR 70,000–100,000 Responsibilities: Verify and close live transferred leads while ensuring compliance and quality standards Maintain high verification accuracy and qualify only the best leads Work closely with sales agents and team leads to ensure a smooth lead flow Understand lead quality metrics and apply best practices for soft closes Adhere to strict compliance protocols during live transfers Provide feedback to the sales team to help improve lead generation quality Maintain detailed performance logs and reports for leadership Requirements: Proven experience in home campaign verification or sales Excellent English communication skills (both listening and speaking) Strong ability to close leads during live transfers In-depth understanding of compliance, call quality, and lead qualification Ability to assess soft closes and identify potential leads Punctual, disciplined, and results-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Experience in call center or lead generation environments Familiarity with US-based home campaigns Proactive mindset toward performance-based earnings Leadership potential with an interest in future team lead opportunities
